Mcdonalds has a promotion $100 for 8 coffees, every time I tried to buy the coffees with the coupons, not only I need to buy the coffee one by one, I need to close the app for a couple of times to empty the shopping bag which I supposedly emptied it in the last transaction. I need to spend half an hour using your app just to buy 6 coffees. Is this what you are aiming for? The “little helper” inside the app does not connect you to any real human customer service, rather you will get unhelpful information using this. I tried to complain this problem to the store manager in Long Ping. Their response is they receive the same complaint from customer every single day. I dont know if they did not raise this issue to the IT Dept or the IT Dept just ignored this bug. Pls get this fixed.
